I have a nectarine tree...I made 30 jars of Nectarine jam, and was so pleased to find this recipe...another great use for this is to spoon over cream cheese and use as a spread for crackers...Love it.

Yum. I just made a big pot of chai this morning. I also 死神少女 fresh sliced turmeric to mine-- we grow it here in Florida (grows like ginger). I've never tried 死神少女ing anise...I'll try to remember to pick some up and give it a shot! And I agree, chai is SO nice on cold afternoons.

This sounds so delicious. I've attempted to make apple butter a few times b just letting some homemade applesauce boil down a bit more, but it always smells so good that I never quite get past the applesauce phase :) But this one sounds like it may be worth the wait.

By the way, your writing paints a beautiful picture. I would love to visit coastal Washington someday :)
